  • You can purchase a Jira license from within your Jira instance. Just go to the "License" tab in the navigation pane and follow the instructions.

  • Are atlassian server licenses perpetual ?

    Atlassian has a ‘perpetual’ licensing model for JIRA, Confluence and Bitbucket. ‘Perpetual’ is the term we use to describe software licenses that do not expire. Atlassian's products are licensed on a perpetual basis (with the exception of Bamboo, which is licensed on a subscription basis). This means you buy one license, and can use that license for as long as you want. You can add users to your JIRA licenses at any time, and they will be able to access JIRA immediately.

  • On the Standard and Premium plans, you may license up to 20K users per site for Jira Software and Confluence. For Jira Work Management Standard and Premium, you may license up to 10K users per site. For Jira Service Management Standard and Premium, you may license up to 5K agents per site. There is no limit on the number of Jira Service Management "customers." On the Cloud Free plan, you may license up to 10 users (Confluence, Jira Work Management, Jira Software) & 3 agents (Jira Service Management). There is no limit on the number of Jira Service Management "customers" on the Cloud Free plan.
